4K ever shrinking lights

While I was sitting in the dark due to a power outage I played with my cellphones flashlight and decided to take few experimental photos of it. this one came out somehow interesting. later on my computer I found myself staring at it for a long time since it looks like its shrinking or fading out all the time to me. I wonder if it's just me though.
